Su gains flames every time he takes damage or deals damage to himself, up to 50 flames, gaining 1 for every 5 damage taken. Each flame does 0.5-1.5 (+0.02 AP) magic damage per second to nearby targets. Flames degenerate after 3 seconds.
Su gives an ally his Flameheart for 5 seconds, transferring all his flames to them. The target gains flames based on the damage Su takes. For 3 seconds, the target gains 0.75/1/1.25/1.5/1.75% movement speed per flame, decaying rapidly.
Cooldown: 100 seconds
Su burns the target with the strongest flame, dealing 150/300/450 (+0.7 AP) magic damage. For 6 seconds, the target suffers a decaying armor debuff, reducing armor by 5/7.5/10% per second.

Supports are not my area of expertise, but tanks and bruisers are. Each time I give a review of a Champion, I like to try and give an existing champion (or champions) with a similar make up to help give a new perspective on how to improve their concept. Here's a link to the champions I think can help you gain perspective on your champion and make him better.
Alistar is another tanky support champion who takes a different approach to support. Alistar is more focused on using crowd control than he is on supporting the champion directly. I decided to show you him to show you an idea on some more indirect ways of supporting as a tank.
I hate to be so negative, but honestly none of his abilities really work for a tank. The only ability that is even remotely tank like is his Channel the Fire, and even that ability doesn't work for a tank. A tank needs to be able to stay alive as long as possible, and that constant health drain would destroy his ability to stay alive. I like the idea of a semi ranged support tank, but his Passive is really more suited for a melee bruiser. This passive would take kills from his carry, one of the worst mistakes a support could make. My suggestion would be to try to rework this champion as either a melee bruiser or a support/tank. I apologize for my negativity (it happens to be my least favorite part of reviewing champions) but this champion just doesn't work with the skill set you have chosen. You should check out the CCFC Review Thread. They got some friendly people who really helped me out. Here's a link http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=2859754&page=6
