If I were interested in getting a job doing champion design/game balance/similar areas, what would be the best way to go about it? I'm aware of:
- Doing external design projects (on it)
- Writing up analyses of various aspects of the game (Taking suggestions for this! Secondary thread purpose: suggest a game element for me to try analyzing)
- Getting a decent solo queue/teams SR ranking
- Making suggestions that get noticed (mine never do, not even the mildly popular ones, which is a pity 'cause I could really use feedback)
Is there anything else?
(This is mostly hypothetical 'cause I live on a different continent, so I'm mostly just curious)
