Destruction - 5% damage to turrets, terribad. 5 extra damage for every 100 you deal, completely negligible

Havoc - 3 extra damage for every 100 you deal, terribad

Lethality - value cut in half and costs two points, worthless

Frenzy - terrible simply because you NEED lethality

Sunder - AD carries who want this are effectively FORCED to take Havoc, which is already a waste of points, it looks sweet but it's not worth it when you can go 14/16, get Block and laugh off enemy AD autoattacks.

Executioner - doubly conditional, only gives 5 damage per 100 you deal, worthless capstone.

Perserverance - Took a perfectly balanced useful sustain mastery and neutered it, great job riot.

Safeguard - Worthless, prevents 5 damage out of every 100

Juggernaut - WORTHLESS, 4 health for every 100 you have, for 3 points.

Legendary Armor - WORTHLESS, 5 points of armor if you manage to get 100 points of BONUS armor

Reinforced Armor - Grossly conditional, basically a wasted point.

Good Hands - AHAHAHAHAHAHA no. Why would you put this down here?

Honor Guard - Prevents 3 out of every 100 damage, sad and worthless

Wanderer - Perfectly reasonable mastery made worthless outside of a few champions

Vampirism - useless where they are, no one will every go down the utility tree for these, heals 3 damage for every 100 you deal, big fricking deal.

avoid these masteries like the plague, they have no gold value and are completely useless.

Masteries are supposed to be small bonuses, they add up.

Hell legendary armor is better then the 3 point armor mastery late game. None of the masteries are much better then anything listed.

The problem with these masteries isn't just that their effects are negligible, but that most of them are CONDITIONAL.

Havoc will occasionally net me 3 or more extra damage, Brute Force GUARANTEES I get 3 extra AD, forever. Hardiness gives me 6 armor, forever. Veteran's scar's gives me 30 health, forever.

These types of masteries are good and will remain good becuse they are useful in all circumstances.

Percentile based masteries are volatile, and usually just bad. The only good percentile masteries right now are attack speed, CDR and Spellsword, because they give notable returns on their investments.

Conditional masteries are inferior to masteries that give constant benefits, because they are just that, conditional.

Hardiness gives 6 armor for 3 points.

Legendary Armor gives 5 extra armor, IF and only IF you have 100 BONUS armor

that alone makes Hardiness better, and hardiness works at EVERY stage of the game

had to laugh... ok... so lets assume at some point of the game u do 1500 dmg with 5 hits/abilities or whatsoever. assuming everything has a 1:1 scaling with ad u can get 15 extra dmg out of that brute force mastery, or u get 45 dmg out of havoc... well that seems pretty ****ty to me....

100% right. the defense tree needs the last few skills reworked. or moved around. the final skills proved such a small benefit compared to even hardness.

only works on targets under 50% hp. this means that you get no benefit for the majority of that 1500 damage. also you need to think in terms of the total game not just the late game. the early game (til 10m or so) it adds so little.
