1) Do not start calling for reports in all chat.
2) Try to stay positive, you got more and more negative in game one
3) People have bad games, you accuse Trist of trolling even though she says she is trying, but then in game two it's evidence that even you have games that bad. Sometimes people have bad games.

This is very true, and rightly so, but when going into a game it is assumed that each player on a team is expected to communicate with their teammates and try their best to win. I understand that his teammates were being relatively uncooperative, but continuing on a path that is faring poorly could be considered "Assisting the enemy team". The simple fact is that his case likely fell into the laps of fairly strict judges, and I cannot disagree with their verdict. He tried to do something that defied conventional logic, that also wasn't particularly beneficial to his team, and it contributed heavily to his team's loss. I cannot fault his teammates for being upset, and I understand the judges' verdict. In short, don't use a spoon to dig a hole when you have a shovel available. He intentionally cost his team the game.

Don't assume things without knowing the whole story. I did not intentionally lose my team the game. In pre-game I was the first one to call, and I called mid as Xerath, Gangplank called top and malphite went support. All three of us then lock in expecting these two to go ADC and jungler, this does not happen. Instead Lux starts cursing at us claiming he called mid first, when it was clear he did not and then locked in as Lux and said I had to jungle as Xerath, then Xin Zhao also locked in and called bottom. They both threatened me with reports pre-game to go jungler, so I decided to give it a go to try to give Lux a solo lane. This is where things get hairy, I do not know for a fact but I assumed that Lux + Xin Zhao were friends because you can see in the chat, "we should of dodged these *******." Once the game starts they start to act like they did not ask me to jungle Xerath and start staging the chat. As you can see Gangplank and Malphite both say nothing demeaning to me at all and just play the match, but Xin Zhao and Lux gang up on me constantly throughout the game. Do not assume things in the Tribunal next time please.

tl;dr: Yes I had a bad game but in pre-game they instructed me to and I thought it was a good idea to try a different long ranged jungler.

Xerath seems viable in my mind because w gives him massive range for ganks, he has a stun and burst. He also has AoE and gains armor from his passive which helps him tank camps.

I can agree that his champ selection for game 2 was a poor decision, as he found out later in the game, but one can see from the logs that he eventually asked GP if he could lane with him to get some exp. Which in turn is proactively attempting to solve his initial "mistake". To me, that's saying that trying to play any champ in a different role is now punishable.

Lux [00:11:11] then jsut lane
Xerath [00:11:12] how am i supposed to level with him invisible
Lux [00:11:13] stop jungling
Xerath [00:11:13] everywhere
Gangplank [00:11:18] i dont know this m guy
Xerath [00:11:22] gangplank
Xerath [00:11:26] can i go to ur lane and get xp

As for game 1, from the build, he's clearly playing support Zyra. While not one of the conventional supports, it's a viable build on the same level as a support Lux.

I don't agree with the punishment at all, but there is no need to apologize for stating your opinion on the matter when it was asked for by OP.

So with that logic I should of been pardoned?

And if you look at game one, can you please tell me without being dishonest you would not be negative in that situation? A feeding ADC who refuses to get CS and basically admits to trolling the way he talks to me and the way he switches his opinion throughout the game.

he repeatedly uses "bro" in a trolly way and keeps saying "we got this" and "were not quitters" even though he refused to do anything early and mid game.

I made no assumptions regarding your motives, simply observations. You had the option of going top with GP from the beginning, or of asking GP to jungle instead. You made the decision to jungle as Xerath, and decision that contributed heavily to your team's loss. Your intent may not have been to lose, but your intentional decision, which was high risk/low reward, did contribute substantially. As I said before, look at it as a learning experience. When in Normal or Ranked, try to play in roles you're comfortable in, with champions you know can function in that role. And remember that only in-game chat shows up in tribunal, anything from pre/post game chat is heresay. I'm simply telling you that, given the information in your case, judges can't rule out "assisting the enemy team" in the form of the decisions you made in champion selection and throughout the game. As I've stated before, I would've simply skipped this case in tribunal.

I really feel for you man. You got stuck with some awful people and got caught up in the verbal fight. I pretty much auto ignore people anymore once they start being bad mannered and suggest you do the same. Also, there NEEDS to be pre and post game chat, sounds like that would of helped a bit in your case too.

you went 1/16/3. this means you fed 16 times and only contributed to 4 total anythings on your team. obv you should be punished for pulling that ****.

So you are saying I should be banned for having a bad game with a "bad" team?
