it does 100% to nearby allies now so 5 heal meta go!
and the improved heal grants 5hp per level or 90 hp at lvl 18 for just 1 point in defense
Won't lie, I have been considering heal for a while now even before this.
It'll be 1 heal, 2 garrisons, 2 barriers.
I've always liked heal for that 1st windmill fight
but the heal doesn't stack, precisely to stop this from happening after you get healed once, additional heals are like 30% effective for several seconds.
1-2 heals top may become the meta, but i no more than that.
The cooldown on heal is way too long.
I think the meta has shift more to your initiator taking heal, or your "dps" taking ignites / exhaust / garrison
At least thats how the mastery suggest, though i've been running 1/28/1 on my initiators and take revive + garrison
