Don't bother Pessimi,

The guys decided that his version of what happened is what -really- happened. No amount of "umm what about this proof right here?" is going to sway that.

They timed it for preseason because they are punishing IWillDominate, not his team. His team did not rage and harrass players in games, he did. So, logically they banned him in preseason, thus allowing his team to finish Season 2 with its current roster and then find a replacement before Season 3. This way they do not miss any tournaments due to their teammates rage.
Pardon me: You are ***** skippy wrong there, buddy. A team absolutely IS supposed to pay the price as a team if one of their members breaks the rules, just like the whole team gets a free ride to fame if one member of the team carries them to fame and fortune (see: Michael Jordan).

Any of them could have spoken up and booted him from their team. he should ahve been banned ages ago and it is a black mark against Riot's ostensible "fair play" that he was allowed to finish last season.

Perhaps you're this spiteful but four other guys are trying to compete for a very substantial amount of money here - enough that justifies "career" status to most people.

The guy got punished for his behaviour, looking for others to try and put your foot on their neck isn't going to improve anything for anyone.

They're a team or they're not.

All other sports where people compete for money.. and here's a tip: NBA players make League's prizes look like the chicken scratch it truly is.. and they pay a price or make a gain as a team. What are you, an alt of the guy who was banned? You win as a team or lose as a team. In fact, attitudes like yours are why this game's community is so utterly repugnant.

It's not hard. Perma-ban. Permanent. As in, forever. Not, forever until 365 days later when it is no longer permanent.

Ban him for life. That will send a very resounding and very CLEAR message to the other pro's. Don't do it. Trolling is NOT an option.
You're misunderstanding it.

His accounts were permanently banned. Just like with every other perm-banned player he is now stuck starting over or quitting.

He was banned from the pro circuit for a year. They don't want to ruin his life if he wanted to make a career out of LoL but he needs to be penalized. They don't want *******s being the face of the pro scene they're trying to create.

Just like in professional football - if you walk on a stage and tell the team that just beat you to shove a banana up their asses you'll probably get a ban from ever representing the NFL/your team and a suspension but eventually be allowed to play again if you keep your head low.

It's the same thing here.

The decision to impact someoneís career is not one we make lightly, which is why this is tough news to deliver. Unfortunately, our Tribunal recently was forced to permanently ban a pro player as a response to his persistent toxic behavior, and after closely reviewing the individualís case and history, the Riot eSports team has issued a ruling that follows this post.

We fully understand that there are other pro players who behave poorly from time to time, and we do not condone any unsportsmanlike behavior. Itís important to note how severe and consistent the behavior of this particular individual was, as is outlined in the ruling. No other professional players in NA approach this individualís harassment score Ė that said, we monitor all pro player behavior actively and we will continue to make that clear to all pro teams, and will take necessary action should any other players demonstrate unacceptable behavior in the future.

Promoting good sportsmanship and improving player behavior is a mission thatís extremely important to Riot, and this ruling is a reflection of our commitment.
Down vote... I want to watch the best players. I don't' give a **** about sportsmanship.
