I wish it had three point tiers instead of just one. : /

15% extra AP scaling would've been nice for Fizz/Diana/etc.

The way this ability was designed it's a slap in the face to AP Carries, and an uneeded buff to hybrid auto attackers like Jax and Teemo.

Uneeded? Most proc-based Champions have absolutely terrible AP scaling.

Teemo has great AP scaling on his passive actually, but that is really besides the point. This mastery is LITERALLY only good if you are playing Teemo.

But they auto attack at an insane rate, so the little bit of extra damage is far more useful than the mediocre auto attack of an AP mage.

Teemo is really the exception to the rule. Most hybrid characters have very poor AP ratios. Seriously. Teemo only has good AP scaling on his because they literally buffed it by 400% in one patch. Prior to that it was garbage.

unless the champion have some sort of spell that uses auto attack (fizz, tf, teemo, etc) it really wont be worth it.

most late game ap will get 500-700 ap (not sure about the new values now ap items got nerf, but lets assume it does) so you will get getting 25-35 damage per auto. the fact that most ap champion will want to stay in the back, spam spells, hit and run, and avoid aa range so they dont get caught by someone with gap closer puts this mastery to even more of a waste on most ap champions
