Anayo heads to his tent and grabs a piece of paper and pen and puts it in his back pocket. He then grabs his blade and heads near the edge of the camp.

"Awaiting orders."

With everyone ready the group sets out for the front entrance of the institute. The darkness in the forest was almost complete and seemed almost oppressive as they moved underneath the trees. As they neared the main entrance however, the bodies of which Kane claimed to cover the ground were gone. Not a single drop of blood or trace of movement could be seen. There were however small items laying haphazardly across the dull stonework. Some jewelery,a yordle autowriter and paper to name few. The dim crystal lights shined softly over the group as they approached the mouth of the cave leading into the heart of the mountain and the main building of the Institute of War.

"Where did they go! I saw hundreds of them! Dead right here!" Kane said trying to suppress his anger.

((Pay attention to the environment things may be hidden throughout each description. Some will give unrelated information others might shed light on what happened and still others may help you bypass an obstacle))

Anayo cautiosly approached the entrance. When he reaches the entrance he brushes off some dirt and see if someone lazily buried the bodies. Seeing no sign of the bodies he goes to one of the items and picks it up.

"None of these will do us any good."

He then stands back up and looks at Kane.

"Don't worry about it, even if they're not here we've barely even seen these shadows. We don't know what they're capable of just yet."

"No you don't understand. It wasn't an illusion! They WERE dead, hundreds of them and now they are not here!" Kane said furiously.

Anayo goes up to Kane and gives him a fairly hard slap to the face ((>=D))

"Get a hold of yourself! Even if they were multiple bodies there are more important things to worry about right now!"

Mallory shushed the two.In a quiet and hushed tone, but still firm, she said.

"Quiet! This is the worst uptime to be slapping each other! We're in the middle of a dark, assassin filled forest, with obstacles around us. Keep your eyes open and your fingers quick."

They stumbled on the yordle type writer and small pieces of debris.

"From what you've seen, Kane, this could have happened and they stashed away the bodies."

She kneeled over the typewriter, picking it yup and examining it.

Anayo sighed and stepped back.

"You're right, this place has probably already begun getting to me."

He looks over Mallory at the typewriter, looking at the letters pasted across it.

"If the bodies are not here...where did they go?" Yoshi begins to suspect about the Institute of War. No bodies, only a yordle typewritter, and jewelry...this doesn't make any sense, he asks himself. "If this is the case, then we may be watched. Keep guard."

((Oh snap. Mallory became the detective.))

Mallory wrote these clues down. Typewriters....jewelery. She already had come to a conclusion, but she needs more evidence before quick, hasty conclusions like hers. She talked to Yoshi, still examining the other things such as jewelry and the contents of the paper.

"The bodies, I am guessing' that they were stashed away or even magically disappeared. Kane doesn't seem like the imaginative one. I believe his words. How they died, is just this. Mages. Mage spells don't dig deep into the body, but are mentally painful. Thus, death. ....No. I conclude a poison. Most definitely. No blood? Nothing? No magic traces? They could have just fallen over. Maybe Cyanide or Sarin. "

Anayo looks around the area still not finding anything interesting.

"Well it's always felt like we've been watched, although this does seal the deal, there's very little chance that the bodies just coincidentally disappear between Kane here and us here."
