I think I'm quite healthy though. I go on hikes and runs and such pretty often.
I've quit smoking too. I've just gotten used to eating very little.
So I've just eaten a grapefruit, I'm hoping it will help.
Will eating more food make me feel happy too? I don't really have emotions anymore, and I'm thinking the diet could be related to that.
Sleeping too is probably whats making you have no energy. Your body is constantly relaxed if you sleep more then half of the day everyday.
