I do not think this is the "smoking gun" but it may help a majority of you to have a much better player experience.
For me, disabling Pando Media Booster stopped the issues temporarily, but they came back after one of the balance patches. Unfortunately I cannot remember which.

Are there any similar programs to Pando which I should search for and disable?

Furthermore, I'd like to note that I haven't seen many people discussing one of the issues this lag seems to be causing for me, which is that while spectating games, over time I fall seconds, and eventually minutes, behind "Live" despite running at 1x. It doesn't seem implausible to me that this issue of running at, say ~0.95x speed is what is occurring in game, but whenever the client falls to far behind, a small warp occurs, creating the lag we see despite the low ping. Does this seem at all likely to anyone with tech experience?

Hi this is a huge problem for me, not only does it flash, flicker and change color but also it sometimes causes the game to crash forcing me to restart the computer.

Edit: Will this issue be resolved soon?

Edit2: Feel free to add me if you wanna test it out Filthy i'll be online all night

The same has been happening to me for some days now. I was just playing a Kayle match with the usual 3 or 4 seconds attempting to reconnect thing (fix that please) the thing is that I got an attemoting to reconnect message but it never reconnected, I opnened firefox and it was working fine so that means that it was a LOL problem. In the end I had to restart my computer and when I logged in to LOL I went to my match history and it said that I had won /: wth? please help us Riot

A couple days ago I thought Riot was close to fixing this issue since my ping stabilized at around 100 for about a day. Not as good as my normal 70-80 ping but it was progress. Now it's back to 90-120 with random jumps to 250-350 every 10-20 seconds.

This is only a problem for me in League of Legends. Other online games do not have this issue for me.

The one consistent bottleneck in nearly all of these reports comes from a single location (across many different providor hops), and that is LAX (Los Angeles).

Solution: Move your server out of one of the most populated cities in the United States -_-

The game is completely unplayable. My average ping is now 180-250 with spikes up to 3000ms, when it used to sit around 60-70 consistently. I'm glad I spent all this money on RP for a game I can't play.
