they only do this when the servers are closing on there capacity, to keep more people happy (practice jungling=1 person happy while a full 5v5 is 10 people!) its because its the weekend, and a big one at that with all the free champs, so its no suprise theyve required more people in practice games.

What about people who don't laugh their ass off after spelling "practice" 3 times in a row, just join a normal game dude, they don't count for anything.

It varies by server load: sometimes you can do solo practice games, sometimes 2 players (which isn't too hard, just grab a friend who wants to try something crazy like AD Annie), etc..

If you can't practice all of those things against other people, there's something wrong with your abilities.

Just make a practice game and boot everybody that isn't fairly new, and you'll have a game that actually helps you practice. Practicing against bots is a really, really bad way to practice anything.

Also, you can always make a 5v5 bots match, and then go from there. People do it all the time.

Practicing against bots isn't practice at all. The only thing you can actually learn in a practice session is exact affect of skills. How you are actually going to play against real people will vary too much for practice to be effective at all. I only suggest practice if you are brand new and never played anything similar, and then only a few practice sessions. Might as well play a Normal game, bots don't teach you anything.
