If you were guaranteed to not be matched with someone you added to your ignore list, and you could add someone to your ignore list in champ select, in game, and after the game in the results screen, you would then be able to avoid all of these problems

There are so many summoner's out there, not getting matched with someone who's on your ignore list just really isn't enough. I'm sorry, but I'm sure the community would agree with me that having to go through the troll game with EVERY troll once to then block them and have to deal with other trolls (Not to mention THAT troll's smurfs) is no where near helping with troll games.

This would be in addition to temp/perma bans, meaning that you are MUCH less likely to be matched with someone because you are removing them from the active non-banned trolls.

Also, no one would likely have to go through ALL of the trolls, as the queue time significantly increase after approximately 11 games (100 ignores), especially once those lists start to cross reference (he would be excluded from two teams if each had someone on it with him ignored)

You would also not have to go through every troll because not every troll plays at the same time you do.

Smurfs wouldn't likely be lvl 30 and playing ranked, but if they are, this would still work.

Something to note is that this ignore list is basically a personal permanent ban list. You can ban ANYONE from ever playing with you again.

Remove queue dodge bans all together. I just had a dodge an hour ago becuase our 5th pick player was going top with our top player as Nunu and his excuse was "I called it first". I log in after the ban to try my luck at another ranked game and I get 2 little kids in Duo trolling. First pick takes Vayne with Smite/Clairvoyance for Jungle and 5th pick takes Master Yi with Smite/Ignite for Jungle. 2 Jungles. Riot should not be punishing the people who play ranked competitively who dodge the stupid troll kids. It's a free game so ban their accounts permanently and make them start over if they want to log in and just troll people.

Adding a "Report a Player" to the Champion Select screen wouldn't be a bad idea so that Riot at least knows why people are dodging games and the troll kids can be reported.

I agree. Riot games needs to do something about these people that troll in the start of ranked games and is not fair to other players that want to dodge to wait 30min because of that one guy wants to ruin it for everyone. Example Albomalden is a troller player

I agree, this would be a great solution to a lot of the troll issues that we have. A 3 out of 5 vote also works in case duo queues try to defend one another as well. A lot of the time, you can already detect trolls in champion select and all too often, one troll brings down the rest of the game for whatever reason they have to just join games to ruin them. It shouldn't cause someone who genuinely wants to play a proper ranked game to dodge, making them wait out a 30 minute queue because of that one troll who's just going to keep queuing up and trolling. Those who get vote kicked from champ select should also be given a timer to wait before queuing again (30 minute wait- the same as a queue dodge).

Anti-signed.
The game's matchmaking works pretty well overall, despite there being some deviations from time to time. When tryhards see a "troll" in champ select, it's either an inflexible person whose role/champ was already picked by someone else who is trying to inspire a dodge, and will either switch to something valid or dodge themselves when the time runs out, or it's someone playing a non-standard strat. People tend to rage at unusual strats more than bad ones (there's a lot of overlap, but they're not the same thing), so this whole idea is just being mean to outside-the-box players like me.

I exclusively do trolly stuff on my smurf and no one cares because no one is good enough to know what the meta is; my rating's too low because I do trolly stuff. On the other hand, I lane smite/cv or smite/revive on most champs on my main and you should hear the conniptions people have in champ select and the first 20 minutes before I start snowballing; that's because the end result is good enough to keep my rating where people know the meta. Yesterday I got THREE games where a teammate said, "[All] please report troll [champName]"... we won 2 of them, where I went positive, and we lost the other one, where I carried hard as team MVP (sadly, if Shen is getting all the kills, you can assume the team is gonna get overwhelmed and lose sooner or later).

The one ounce of solace I get that keeps me going through people having a tantrum in the first 5 minutes of virtually every single game is that these people who don't understand matchmaking might be less judgmental after they see me perform appropriately to my rating. This feature would just get me stuck in champ select until people weren't paying attention, and the people who don't pay attention are the biggest jerks of all.

In b4 more abuse about how terrible I must be: the point is I'm at a given rating, wherever that is. I don't feel that I'm moving up or down, and I'm pretty much where I deserve to be. People should not be allowed to "kick" me and everyone search again just because they don't like the particular way that I'm as good as them.
