I am going to hijack the top 2nd page post in order to give some context to what I send/received in my support case. I sent them the case and this thread a few days back,
they responded:
"Greetings [Daturah],

I have reviewed your account and our records indicate that you recently had a case in the Tribunal. Due to actions made on the Fields of Justice, this account has been warned or suspended by The Tribunal which means your Honor has been reset. An email was sent to the email address associated with your account regarding this Tribunal case."

[insert generic information here, Summoner's Code, improve behavior, etc]

I responded:
"Hello Riot Games Player Support Specialist,

I understand the first bit, that's fine. But I'm not sure how to prevent future suspensions since I'm not sure what I did wrong. I feel like I was reported by negative people and then wrongly punished by the tribunal.

I will try to improve my behavior once I know what is wrong with it, but this tribunal case doesn't help me much! I have read the summoner's code and believe I abide by it."

They responded:
"Hello [Daturah],

Both players and Riot employees viewing Tribunal Cases are provided with chat logs and other relevant stats to reach a decision. Players generally understand what sort of behavior will negatively impact other players and what conduct falls outside of what should be a positive in-game experience. Please consult the Summoner's Code (linked below) if you wish to learn more about the conduct we wish to uphold on the Fields of Justice.

If in the future your account is found to have subsequent violations against the Code of Conduct, additional evaluation and longer suspensions will occur. Further negative behavior in-game can culminate in your account being permanently banned from League of Legends.

Our goal has always been to foster a positive environment in the game where everyone can enjoy themselves, and therefore we must stand strong against negative players, harassment and abuse. If you have been on the receiving end of disruptive behavior, I think you can understand the motivation behind our actions."

I responded:
"Hello [Riot Support],

I understand what the tribunal is about, and that the general consensus is to punish those that do not follow the Code of Conduct.

However, I need some sort of context in order to figure out where I did not follow the Code of Conduct, as I was pretty confused to why I was punished. If I may elaborate, here is my analysis the most "negative" thing that went on in chat (As far as I know):

"Singed [All] [00:19:56] WINNER WINNER TOFU DINNER
Singed [All] [00:20:05] cuz i am vegetarian i dont want turkey
Singed [All] [00:20:51] tofurky dinner
Singed [All] [00:20:55] awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwyea"

I admit, I was overly excited at that point, since it was a comeback win. But I don't see it being "negative", perhaps "spamming"? I don't know. It's hard to just play without being excited sometimes .

As far as negative results go, game2 provided probably the most evidence for negative gameplay, as I was playing support Syndra and tried to grab enemy blue buff. But my intent wasn't to harm my team, it was to hinder the enemy team. Though I suppose fortune doesn't always favor the brave .

If this is the type of behavior that will be permanently banned, I cannot fathom what I must do in order to promote good tidings. I can't play risky. I can't get excited in chat. I have to resist my will and play silently, passively, and conventionally."

They responded:
"Greetings Summoner,

We have already explained the context for the action taken against your account and given you the tools to prevent it from reoccurring in the future.

We will not be reversing this decision and consider this matter closed. If you still do not agree or understand the context of this action feel free to discuss this decision on our Tribunal forums listed below:

http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/forumdisplay.php?s=&f=41"

TL;DR: Tribunal has found you guilty, case closed.

And so here I am.

I'm sorry, I have no feedback for you, riot should release the reasons for why players are banned to those honestly trying to find out what they're "doing wrong"

That's feedback! I'm glad you appreciate my confusion. I am looking for some further explanation for where I did not follow the Summoner's Code...and if there is no foul, then some attention for a Rioteer!

Well then I am very worried! After this ban is over, I might get banned again with the same confusion....
