let me explain this as easily as i can. If someone disregards their lane just to gank leaving said enemy champion to get a kill thats kill stealing for sure. gold should be awarded to all parties who participated in taking down the enemy champion. this is a "TEAM" play oriented game giving all the gold to the person who doesnt contribute anything but the killing blow is not team play so while your team members are lvl 6 your lvl 12? lets be serious some matches i can go 1/0/17 and have very few item upgrades why because someone jumped lane to kill my target.

Make assists actually count for something. because 3v3 twisted treeline and 5v5 summoners rift is not team deathmatch thats what dominion is for. lets return the game back to team play and not this solo bs thats going on.

You're welcome to ADC any of those champions. And consequently fail late game (15+ minutes). However, the % based formula will compensate as the game progresses because real ADCs will do more damage.

Or just divide gold the way experience is divided, to everyone in the area rather then just the one who last-hits, that would eliminate the Kill-steal as an issue and perhaps move the game away from the "feed the carry" focus.
