Passive Ability:
Loot the Dead
Bella Donna is able to benefit from anyone that dies around her. She gains half the gold of minion and monster kills within a small radius, and 75% of the kill gold for any champion that dies in that radius or she has an assist on.

Q offers four additional item slots that can only be populated with consumables, and she cannot store consumables in her regular item slots. By using Q she can select a consumable to use the item on allies and enemies with varying effects. Potions and elixers work as normal on herself and allies, but act as poison (for either health or mana, or the appropriate stat) on opponents. Wards (green) can be placed on allies to increase sight range for 30 seconds or on enemies to reveal them for 30 seconds. Purple wards give an oracle effect on allies for 15 seconds and prevent cloak on enemies for 15 seconds. The items can still be used as normal if the regular targets are selected as well (potions targeting her, wards targeting open ground, etc). She can carry double the normal amount of consumables than other champions (Ten potions, etc).

W: Counterfeit
Range: 600 Duration: 120 / 110 / 100
This power allows her to copy one object in any ally or enemy's inventory, passing any stat bonuses and passive abilities to her (no actives) for the duration. This means that during cool down, this item essentially works as an extra item slot, but the item cannot be discarded or sold. When duration ends, the item disappears. Must be able to select enemy and the item from their inventory before they can escape fog of war to work.

E: Cash Grab:
Range: Range: 800 Cooldown: 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 / 10
Belladonna uses her whip to grab a target enemy and fling them right behind her. Damage is equal 50+AD but she is able to steal (doesn't actually take from enemy champion, just earns it) 20 gold +10% AP each time.

R: I don't want it, you take it!
Range: Range: 1100 Cooldown: 20 / 18 / 16 / 12 / 8
BellaDonna hurls one of the items from her inventory towards the target champion in a straight line. Damage is equal to the cost of the item at market. If this attack kills the target champion she gets back half the gold of the item thrown.

Bella Donna's main attacks would be from her whip, which would count as ranged. She is specifically a support character that instead of mana or health, uses gold as her main power source. So, while her ult can deal possibly massive damage and has a relatively low cool down, she could find herself depleted of items to use and weakens herself with every item thrown. The main strength of the character is that she would essentially have 11 item slots over all, with 6 regular, 4 in q and one in counterfeit. Which means statistically she could get very strong, but that kind of bonus would be fleeting, and the counterfeit timer would need to be watched very carefully. She would also not be a champion for beginners as the selection process for the powers might be over whelming (IE: Q then number for item slot, then select target. W, click target, select item slot, etc).

While I don't have a fully written out lore for her, she's a resident of piltover and informant for Vi (in exchange for the occasional chance to loot perps she's knocked out when Caitlyn isn't around). She owns a pawn shop in town but jumped at the chance to join the league and get access to their many treasures (regardless of how fleeting) when she heard that Vi had joined. Caitlyn is unaware of her and Vi's 'business arrangement' nor her tendancy for 'collecting' what may or may not be hers.

The passive seems a little bit too OP
The R-Ability seems too dull

Consider that to use her Q, she needs to spend at least 75 to 350 gold...the passive is just to let her even use her stuff at all.

Yeah but it would be so easy to farm. She can get items faster than anyone 0_o

All that amounts to on a suppport is Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many wards. Full map vision? O.O

By small radius I'm thinking 'shinged grab range' radius. Not amumu's ult radius. To farm as much as you guys are thinking, she would need to be in the thick of things, instead of hedge camping like most ults do. And while ward farming is possible, it would make her ult all but useless
