I was thinking of an elemental champion as well, but the core concept was a bit different.
-3 Aspects
*Earth, Water, Fire (I don't consider Wind an element)
*Toggleable with "Q"
-Spell system
*Each spell places a mark on enemies hit that is based on what aspect you were in, in addition to a CC; Fire, DoT + Grievous wound; Water, Silence; Earth, Blind (not finalized)
*If another spell is cast on an enemy (from an aspect that is different from the mark), the mark will be consumed, and the enemy will receive an effect that depends on the two aspects that were used. (Debating whether order will matter, 3 CCs VS 6 CCs)

Strategy will revolve around changing quickly between aspects to apply the desired affects. His ultimate will be an easier way to do this, with him quickly changing aspects 9 times, and firing a bolt of energy each time he changes, which will apply the marks depending on his current form.

Hm. I had a concept called Nali, Maiden of the Wellspring, which I elaborated on the LoL wiki under Rheya, Crux of the Elements, eleven days before you created this thread. She's also an element-based champ whose abilities gained secondary effects based on the element of the previous ability she casted.

That said, your abilities are completely different to Nali/Rheya's. Overall, his kit is well balanced, and the combos seem fun. Kudos overall!

Thanks for the responses! I think we're all in agreeance that League needs an Elemental character that harnesses the classic elements. Hope Riot draws some inspiration from this for an upcoming champion.
