Passive: didn't notice anything.
E: Fear is epic.
Q: is... different from expectations, but if you think it's a shockwave it's ok
W: Shield is kind of "light", looks like a 2D anim perma-facing the camera, which would be a downgrade from classic skin
R: i really didnt notice much difference.

Death is cool, emotes are all cool, i wish he did that camouflage thing in his ult instead of his emote though.

Also i guess the short-blades/long-tail thing is a core part of this skin's concept, but it takes a while to get used to...

I have to say I REALLY like this skin! The only thing I would have to say is maybe change his attack animation? Other than that it's a great skin well done

I can actually second this. I was spectating a couple of games, and noticed that whenever eternum nocturne died, a rather large area around him turned a greenish hue.

i think it would be cool if the ult would shifted the map/things on the map around Noc since his skin is supposed to cut through time and SPACE meaning allowing Noc to move things in his way, out of the way briefly. (without interrupting movement/abilities of course)

I play with very low graphic settings. After enemy Eternum Nocturne died in the river, the whole place turned green for a few seconds. I tried checking if my teammates saw it too, but they're a little on the competitive side (aka uncooperative as heck) so I couldn't get any confirmation if it was just me.

Sometimes Nocturne's Q turn blue like Frozen Nocturne :

First off: Awesome skin. Thank you for the hard work.
Best visual is the fear, the other animations, especially the ult fall far behind.
I played with a friend and whenever i ulted him or feared or anything near him for that matter, he lagged out. My fps wasn't the hottest either, but it wasn't bothersome.
I really feel you should do something for the ult and increase the shield visibility.
It is a legendary skin, all spell visuals should reflect that.
The voice needs fixing. it is hard to be understood. the metallic sound is great, just not too clear.

Really cool skin. Just some things I wanted to mention after testing.

Q: Probably my biggest issue with the skin. I think the shadow while traveling on his Q should be red instead of blue, it throws me off when the huge red mass has a red undershadow.

W: Pretty cool. Might also want to try it with a red shield, but the blue works out fine to emphasize the fact that he has a shield on.

E. Really cool. Perfect.

R: Like others said, it seems a little lacking and doesn't give the "this is a legendary ultimate" feel upon impact, but it still works out okay.

Passive: Like the R, it also seems a little lacking, not legendary status, but it still works.

In short, would REALLY like to see a red shadow when traveling on Q, the R and Passive could somehow be made to look more legendary or left alone, try experimenting with a red W but it also looks fine as is.

Overall good skin and i didnt notice any bugs (i'm probably the only one with a complaint on this) But i just thought his voice was a bit /too/ robotized to be properly understandable :3
