no, because it encourages people who didn't change a bit, to make new accounts and ruin games.

Permabans are permanent. You got many chances before, now it is too late.

That account is lost forever. No matter what.

I believe it's easier to just ask the question that nobody has.

Why should Riot games reward you for being a jerk with your account back?

Its illegal to create multiple account. You are suppose to read the Terms and conditions.

Just because you 'appear' to have learned your lesson doesn't mean you should get your toys back...You had multiple chances to reform before the ban and didn't. I have no sympathy for you, as it's not hard to 'not get banned'. I haven't even received a warning. So no, getting your account back means that people will continue to be jerks if they know that eventually they'll get everything back. The point of punishment is so you don't forget.

Wrong. You can't share accounts.

Multiple accounts, AKA smurfs, are allowed, as long as you don't refer them on the refer a friend program.

He could have.

before Lyte started working for Riot, accounts were appealed and reverted in some circumstances.

Lyte changed that, permaban accounts are no long reverted ever.

And all the people who reverted their bans ended up being banned again because they didn't reform.

You realize

A) That was a one time thing

B) The one who did it had to do it without ever being punished by the Tribunal as he did so, AND Riot still reviewed his behavior in the games before turning his account over.

Sounds fair. Give him his stolen money back.

Love the logic.

If you get banned from a subscription service, you don't get that money back. But for some reason because it's not a subscription service, you consider it stolen.

You pay for a subscription service to use the service. You don't own the service.
You pay for RP products to use the RP products. You don't own them.

You might as well go and get your Steam account banned, then pitch a fit because you lost the games. You never owned them. You owned the right to use them within the terms of Steam's service.
