This thread is really about what you think is the lesser of two evils.
Junk food is bad for you yes.
But so is not eating, skipping meals..
My question is what is worse?
On a non-regular basis.
I'm kinda down to one meal a day right now, and I'm gonna have to say not eating sucks so much worse.
I've done large amounts of both.
meh. I'd say its at least good to get the calories you need.
Humans use to go days with out eating, our body is use to it.
The body is not use to consuming such insane amounts of sugars and fat.
Answer is simple.

Well yes I do hear disabled people require more food although every 12 min was more then I thought.
