How does one catch on fire?

I can see your clothes catching on fire as a possibility, or your hair, but is it actually possible for your flesh to catch on fire without you being exposed to heat that would kill you first?

It would probably be best to beat out the fire, causes less damage than boiling water.

Stupid question.
Assuming there is too much fire to drop stop and roll there would be no logical reason for you to not jump into the water. The pain of being ion fire would be equivalent if not more to scalding water. It would also save your life. People's desire to live would the only thought, as opposed to that of pain. Also if you are only fire, would you really take the time to notice how hot water is before jumping into it.
