I don't undestand how are infinite sustain champions balanced.

For most of the mana-less champs and champs with sustain built into their kit (Lifesteal or spellvamp) they give up a large amount of damage to be that way, or they give up in other ways, like mobility or utility.

Except lee sin he gets free sustain and losing all of nothing(nerf lee sin).

Personally i don't have any issue with champions that don't use mana, but i don't like how some champions get away with only having 1 resource (health), not including CDR, as compared to 2 or even 3 in some cases such as karma. It makes them to easy to play, and once they get lifesteal or spell vamp they are rewarded for spamming when other champs are punished.

There really isn't such a thing as infinite sustain and the counter to it is Grievous Wounds.
