what they should do is change the health regen to be on kill on anything. minion. monster, champion, but only on final blows. and it will heal 100 over 5 seconds. additional kills will just refresh the duration so that champions who can clear whole waves of enemies quickly wont gain too much of a benefit but will still fit the role of the item

this way the purpose of the item will be it'll help a player to stay in lane after a fight and keep pushing

since in most cases after a fight, your gonna be low on health and you'd have to run away after or port back to town to avoid getting ganked and killed. but with this change, you can farm up and gain back your health. the amount will be low enough such that it wont be too beneficial that it would change a team fight.

I agree with this change, especially with all these BFT + Void Staff Teemos that can make it very difficult to push and/or take alters after a fight.

You misspelled "gain" in your description of the passive, but even so it is a fairly "meh" item.

It does feel kinda silly to get the health after a kill. If you get the kill, you aren't likely to need the health (killing Darius, Teemo or Singed aside), and the slow from Frozen Mallet is much more useful in team fights and chasing. Even on people it's ideal to stack health on (Voli, Mundo), I'd rather get Sunfire, Mallet, Spirit Visage, Omen etc.

It is known bloodmail is dumb. Nome has said they are going to replace it eventually with the new warmogs.

Except that overlords does not "heal" instead the tooltip says "gain"
