"Legally they can't ban me."

Damn, better listen to him, this guy is a lawyer. His argument is airtight.

You know that thing you have to resign after every patch? The EULA?

They can remove him with that. Most company's EULAs have somewhere in them that they reserve the right to deny service or access to individuals whom they choose.

He's obviously lying. You HAVE TO ACCEPT THE CODE AND EULA TO PLAY.

Every time you download a new patch they make you accept it again...

I'm sure even the Barbarian King himself isn't immune to the banhammer. Not saying Tryndamere would ever break the rules anyway, just that if he did then he would be subject to the same rules the rest of us are.

No person is ban immune. Not even the boss.

If there was a way to decline the Summoner's Code and still play the game, it would only make you more likely to get banned.

If someone says they have ban immunity for X reason claim you have ban immunity because you are not a jerk.

Even if you dodge accepting the code and the EULA they can ban you. It's their game. You don't have a special right to it. They can change your summoner name to Numnuts McSpankypants, stream every game that you have lost and crown you the worst summoner in history if they feel like it.
