pretty neat, although do they mean the slow is reduced as in 50% slow would be like 37.5% slow or do they mean based duration slow?

Pretty sure it is the duration. That is how tenacity works anyways.

It is the slow % that gets reduced (same as is the new defense tree).

Together you can reach 36% weaker slows.
That means 70% => 45%.

If it would be time reduction, they would have written that it does stack multiplicative with tenacity.
Also the word duration would have been in there.
And there is a mastery that does reduce the "slow effectiveness" by 15%

yeah I wonder if that reduction now stacks multiplicative or additive with masteries.

it's not saying reducing the slow duration but reducing the slow effect, it means the slow is weaker on you =D good against skar and sejuani

Now they just need to add an item or mastery to counter AS slows.

Then again, for all I know, these two already do...

Still, disregarding that possibility, with all of the what-are-supposed-to-be-nerfs to ADCs, you would think allowing them to counter-build a Malphite, Nunu, or Nasus so they could still attack at a decent speed against them wouldn't be such a terrible idea anymore.

Was the -100 gold cost for BF sword mentioned?

That change made total sense by the way.

Yes, it was, as that change is a simple extension of the change in valuation for certain statistics.

AD became less costly and BF Sword, being a basic AD item, received a reduction in cost as a result.
