Yeah, Homeguard boots are probably a bit too strong for Dominion.

I agree that they should be left out.

Maybe it would not be wise to have homeguard be enabled for dominion. We already got the torch that boosts AP performance by 200%. We need more modifiers/ helpers for ad carries - excluding Ezreal, Kog, but for Vayne, MF, Graves, etc. (obligatory RIOTPLS).

I also agree that Homeguard will be kinda silly. It's literally half the point of taking Revive.

I guess it might be interesting to let people run around with it for a bit though, especially since it has half the effect in Dominion.

I think they would make defense too easy. With these boots, trying to take the enemy mid or bot suddenly became much harder.

Please keep it out of this map. Homeguard boots + Revive = From fountain to bot health relic in 1-2 seconds. You are literally the Roadrunner from Looney Toons or Sonic the Hedgehog, just missing the trail of dust clouds behind you. It wears off pretty much halfway between the mid relic and the enemy bot turret if you just run from the middle of your fountain. I wonder what Hecarim's AD will be going at that speed.

But now it burns for 2 seconds instead of 3.

So before it was 5% HP per burn (not DoT), now it'd be a total of 3.5%.
So no, they're not buffing it.

Cauldrath, shame on you for presenting missing information in this manner

4 second DoT will have 6 ticks instead of 7, so it'd be 10.5% HP rather than 11.69% HP.
