Warmog's nerfed too...can't stack +350 HP on it anymore and replaced by HP5.

Armor/mresist gets less efficient, the principal health item is nerfed by 28%. What next...

Less efficient, but more available. And Warmog's was never an attractive item for most tanks unless they specifically scaled off of health. It was only good for making bruisers unreasonably hard to kill.

the reason why ranged adc's are dominate is because they belong to the standard team composition. Without the other team members playing a different role, the ranged adc can't do its job. for example, playing with decent players, if one team had 1 ranged adc on their team vs another with 2 ranged adcs, the first team would build more armor and hp to counter the glass cannons that most adc's build.

The hurricane item will be garbage if you can't toggle it on/off. I don't want to constantly push my lane whenever I last hit.
