All permabans are reviewed by a Riot employee. And I believe Lyte mentioned that there are 3 levels of failsafes to catch false positives, so those are drastically reduced as well.

Don't get me wrong, the Tribunal rids this game of a lot of scum but for every innocent player banned I can't help but ask what then? TLDR: Don't emote in game

The tribunal doesnt ban people, it SORTS OUT THE WORST, then RIOT members make the bans, if they find it nessesary
