:'( http://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflege...farm_for_2000/ (note: we didn't use tiamat that attempt, but we're going to next time we try)

Hopefully armor reduction/penetration changes make up for tiamat loss.

What about Taric's passive? Does the splash from Tiamat give him mana back as well, or no?

Since Xypherous isn't definite, I'll answer as a long-timer.
Nasus won't get the extra Q power from the AoE if it kills things. Neither will GP get extra gold.
The part where Nasus and GP benefit from last hitting with their respective Qs are basically on-hit effects, where Tiamat is also an on-hit effect.

Now, for Morde's ghosts.. I'm *fairly certain that, although they scale with both Mordekaiser's AD and the ghost's own AD, they deal magic damage and apply magic item effects such as Spellvamp and Rylai's frost.

With that outta the way, losing Tiamat Ez, MF and Twitch is quite sad to me.
But hey, Tiamat is viable now. So yay.

*Fairly certain, as in, unless they changed it, this is how it works.
Edit: apparently things are a lot different than they used to be.

I really wish there was a Hybrid from whatever the unannounced version is and the new tiamat for hybrid units, even if its less AD, it would be 1 slot for hybrid fighters like kayle

Except Xyph even said that he is not sure how Nasus/GP are coded to interact with it, because Tiamat is different.

And you shot yourself in the foot a tad because Morde's Ghosts apply his on-hit effects.
