Sejuani buff idea

Well I played Sejuani when she was free to play in the jungle. Extremely fun mid to late game tank that has probably the best initiation capability in the game. The trouble is her early game (where junglers are supposed to thrive). Her Northern Winds (w) is what gives me trouble clearing the jungle. It doesnt last long enough to clear the camps at first so you have to rely on autoattacking. We all know when you have to autoattack for a while you lose quite a bit of health. This means you have to go back rather than attempt a gank like other junglers are capable of. This is going to be even worse for Sejuani when the new S3 jungle arrives. My suggestion here is to make her W a toggle ability rather than a preset 5 seconds. I think this is a very do-able buff that would put her back in par with other junglers. Any thoughts on this anyone?

tl;dr Make her W a toggle ability that drains mana per second because her early jungle is too weak. (please try and read the paragraph though)

Honestly, the best jungletanks already have this, EG Mumu and mundo, with respective per second drains, and seeing how her w doesn't have any cc effects by itself, there really is no reason for it not to be a toggle/mana drain ps spell like despair. Seems like a reasonable idea, but it would make sej as reliant on blue as amumu, and lead to more invades, sej simply does less area damage early and is safer to invade. Still, would make her early game, which is tbh one of the worst among junglers, more viable.

i think shes fine how she is, not many people dont know how to play her, they keep winning about her powers when all of them are cc
