Masteries should need no unlocking with previous mastery points. But you should give us less mastery points.

Remember S1 utility tree? It was the most used tree cause of some things deep down:
- 3% MS boost for 3 points OP
- 15% SS reduction is always good
- XP gain is a big advantage
- CDR
- 1 gold every 10 sec (1 point only)
- 15 sec lower CD on flash (now easily reached if you still want it)

The former MS boost got weaker and needs now 4 points for 2%.
The g/10 also got nerfed (4 points for 2g/10 instead of 1 point of 1 g/10).
The offensive and defensive trees in S2 got better compared to the old ones. Especially the offensive AP tree (AP was normally 9/0/21).

Since there are at least 2 known items which affect summoners. Then the 3rd item which you said produces the to be defunct summoner Promote. Is there any mastery that affects items?

Can one of you answer what is hapenning to zed the master of shadow? It would be nice to know something about him. Playing a new champ is always exiting, most particularly when you save up ips for a whole month for it.

Reading that the new heal heals everyone fulling. I have fears that well coordinated teams all selecting heal will be able to dominate team fights. Have you tested this much?

Flash would be a lot more interesting if it had a much lower cooldown, but couldn't be used if you'd taken damage in the past 3 seconds. Then it would be more of a mobility and tactical tool for jumping walls an initiating rather than the end all be all of escape mechanisms.
