Item Idea: Oracles Replacement

I've heard a lot about how pros dislike ward clearing with Oracles and I had an idea. Instead of having a cheap consumable that reveals stealth, why not remove Oracle's and add a jungle item that has some kind of stealth reveal active? Either 15-30 seconds of stealth detection every 2-3 minutes or something like Hextech Sweeper/Grez's Spectral Lantern. In fact, directly porting Grez's could work. That way, junglers still have the ability to clear wards for ganking, but supports aren't burdened by the necessity of buying Oracle's and constantly ward clearing all game. Just an idea.

There is already a risk for ward-clearing, if one of your allies goes out searching for wards to clear, they're not being very productive other than hindering the enemy team's vision, and if the enemy team recognizes the ward-clearing, they'll just camp the closest ward to the last one that was killed, and if the ward-clearer comes to kill the ward he's instantly uber-ganked and most likely die. The guy spent 400 G for an oracles, probably only cleared out 75 G in wards, and the enemy team just earned 300 G plus every assist in the gank, overall they win and the ward-clearer is set heavily back.

The issue is more that ward clearing is necessary in competitive play, and often games come down to 30 minutes of warding and clearing around baron.
This would limit ward clearing to cases when it's actually productively creating action.

But then you have the issue that you can't remove wards, granting whichever team that has more wards more sight, allowing for easy ganking opportunities and prioritization. Then people would have to buy Vision Wards in order to clear out enemy wards and vice versa. Having an oracles is much more cost efficient and takes time to find and reduce the enemy's vision. Removing oracles would indeed create more action, but it would also create a very real and unfair advantage for the team that has all the wards that's can't be cleared without constant purple ward spam and the team that has to spam purple wards are at a greater gold disadvantage as they have to keep buying purple wards instead of a person going out to clear wards with only one oracles. By this point it just becomes a game of which team is fed, and they'll continue to be fed.
