Does this mean Eve gets a slight buff after the pretty serious DFG nerf?

Can you give any hints of what might happen to frozen heart in these patches?

Part of the problem is not that it does not help. My concern is providing a lot of %reduction for AD and little for Magic. There are champions with penetration and reduction that is flat. This can empower them.

Olaf and Darius are concerns because of this.

As such, will there be empowering of Thornmail in any form?

Wouldn't champions such as Riven gain more from abilities gaining penetration effects rather than group it all to "armor/mr", "flat/%", "pene/reduc"? In other words, instead of giving reworking reductions for armor and mr, maybe provide a new item(s) that give abilities penetration only. Rather like the interesting effects of Thornmail and Ninja Tabi, perhaps a better solution that does not merge itself to the 'carry' issue would allow champions like Riven to gain penetration effects on their abilities alone without affecting their auto-attacks. Strange? Yes, but it would also prevent the problem of strengthening the auto-attacks. Another version of the Void Staff but only affects physical damaging abilities and not auto-attacks? Maybe 3 versions then, one for auto-attacks, one for physical damaging abilities, and one for magic damage?

It would seem that Timat + BC will be a rather effective item duo in season three assuming that nothing is changed on Timat and the passive from BC is applied from every form of physical damage including splash damage.

so since Talon have 3 skills that scale with AD it will be worth building on him The Black Cleaver?

Q - 1 armor shred
W - 2 armor shred (since it hits two times)
E - 0 armor shred (jump without any dmg)
R - 2 armor shread (it hits two times

So Talon combo before his ult: W->E->AA->Q will make 4 stacks of shred? AND THEN BOOM ult and 5 shred?

if yes then IMA HAPPY
no more cloth armor/chain vest stacking vs Talon ^^

based on what Xypherous has said Q technically shreds 4 times (once on the initial hit and 3 times from the bleed DoT since it is physical damage as well.)

You realize that Talon isn't the only AD Caster right? And even if it were the case - Assassins have no right being able to murder everyone they please at a moment's notice with impunity?

You're an assassin that takes out high priority targets. You *don't* just get to murder everyone in the game without tradeoffs.

This is fine, but to tell us that you're making an AD caster item then tell us "well its not actually good on pure AD casters most of the time" is pretty confusing.
