Did you ever contact him or are you simply hoping that he'll end up lurking in here? Otherwise, I think it's possible to manage to bait him in here... just require a bit of work, or passion. work is easier, passion is better... your choice.

he said he'd comment when he had some spare time. Which could mean anytime between now and never with all the S3 stuff going on. But hopefully he catches a break and swings by.

Ranged, Support

Taint (Unique Passive):
Nearby enemy units have their armour reduced by 5Lv1/10Lv6/15Lv11/20Lv16 (range 1000).

Sulfur Flask:
Active: Scheele throws a flask at a target location, infecting it with sulfur fumes for 4 seconds. Enemies in the area are slowed, take magic damage each second and have their magic resistance reduced. The slow and magic resistance de-buff persist for 1 second after leaving the area.

Cooldown: 9 seconds
Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 mana
Magic Damage per Second: 30/40/50/60/70 (+0.15/ap)
Magic Resist Reduction: 15%
Slow: 25/30/35/40/45%
Range: 850
Radius of AoE: 200

Acid Vile:
Active: Scheele throws a vile of highly corrosive acid at a target enemy, which deals physical damage each second for 4 seconds and reduces the targets armour for the same duration. If the target affected by Acid Vile also takes damage from Sulfur Flask, they will be stunned for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.

Cooldown: 9 seconds
Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 mana
Physical Damage per Second: 20/30/40/50/60 (+0.20/ap)
Armour Reduction: 30%
Range: 650

Combat Drugs:
Active: Scheele targets an allied champion, increasing their attack damage, ability power and movement speed by a percentage, while reducing incoming damage by the same amount for 15 seconds.

Cooldown: 15 seconds
Cost: 50 Mana
Bonus Stats/Damage Reduction: 7/9/11/13/15%

Curse (Ultimate):
Active: Scheele targets an enemy champion, increasing the damage dealt to them from all sources and applying Grievous Wounds for 5 seconds. After 5 seconds, the target takes additional magic damage equal to the total amplified damage.

Cooldown: 100/90/80 seconds
Cost: 100 Mana
Damage Amplification: 10/12.5/15%
Range: 700

*can't give a new order to your champion (items, abilities, move, attack) so he will continue doing his last queue'd option until the link breaks and a new call is made.

Narcotic Addict :
Passive : Every consumables have 10/20/30/40/50% increased effects.
Enemy Cast : Sheele shoot a pill in his opponent's mouth. If the target is damaged for more than 5% of his max HP within 5s, he swallows it and receives 100/130/160/190/220 (+0.4) magic damages over 10s and inflicting him with Detox, making his spell cost twice as much for 10s.
Self Cast : Sheele eats the pill and temporarily gains 80/110/140/170/200 Max HP. If he doesn't take another pill within the next 30s, he is inflicted with Detox.

Cooldown: 20 seconds
Cost: 50 Mana


Lethal Injection:
Deals 150/250/350 (0.6 AP) to targeted enemy and silence it for 2s.
If the target has less than 70% hp, he also receives 50% additional over 10s.
If the target has less than 40% hp, he also is also stunned for 2s.
If the target has less than 15% hp, the effects are doubled.

Cooldown: 60/50/40 seconds
Cost: 150 Mana
Range: 700
