The Tribunal Backlog: Unfair?

There have been a number of posts along these lines. Lyte has specifically said that on receiving a warning/ban, the games prior to that will not be used for any future cases, and that if it is occurring than it is a bug.

Why was I banned for an infraction that predated my previous ban, hitting a day after my previous ban was lifted. Why is it that I can continuously be banned for things over and over again without having to repeat an offense after the first punishment? That's absurd, and just shows how egotistical riot is and their resfusal to acknowledge their own mistakes. Which is ironic, considering they are trying to improve their own players behavior.

Not the most constructive response, but I''m starting to feel a little burned here. It's been since the last week of octoer that this ticket started, and the only response I got acknowledging that I wasn't complaining about WHY I was banned so much as the fact that I got double banned was the original CSR elevating it to the notice of Ribcage, who has done nothing but respond with two pre-written responses.


Not closing ticket.


WTB Lyte response, or a response from any red really.

Still no red, Ribcage is now just closing the ticket repeatedly without answering.

I went from 'Irked' to "pissed".

I had the exact same problem, my 2 week suspension already expired and i still haven't gotten a response lol. Riot's support is pathetic enough as it is when it's suppose to be working, don't think it's going to get better during thanksgiving.
