If bob had a kathus during free week on his team and karthus fed the enemy carry.

The enemy carry is at low elo also and probably has no clue on viable builds. Berserker greave/malady ashe no matter how fed won't do anything significant to carry a game.

If your team has a feeder, chances are the opposing team is just as bad or has just as many feeders.

Karthus feeds enemy carry in mid. Enemy carry ashe builds malady/greaves/zeal. You get fed on a side lane as annie, you build haunting guise, zhonyas, deathfire.

You proceed to rofl stomp the opposing team with tibbers.

Bob wins the game!

i dont' see how they could judge your skill without watching you for several games. plus it's a team game, you have to figure out why your team is sucking and fix that problem fast if you want to turn it around

Just remember, Player Bob himself is the only consistent characteristic between all of the games he plays. So indeed, eventually (or occasionally) his Elo will reflect that.

There are too many problems to count for an algorithm to consider that different members of the same team performed differently, thus get different Elo adjustment.

In the end, the best measure of how much people were doing to win is if they won or not.

Generic and repetitive. Simply rehashing tired complaints without basis.

Thank you for your contribution to this thread! Your response was not generic or repetitive in any way. It offered great insight to the discussion on hand.

Oh wait.
