Description: His body encased in synthetic armor, and energy flowing around him Cygnus stands over the bodies of those he has killed. Drawing his katana he finishes his job, and leaves no evidence of him ever being there. Cygnus's rampage has only just begun.

Idea Behind the Champion: There has been quite a few new mechanics added into league over the years like energy, fury, various ultimates with unique effects, unique character specific items, and much more. I thought of a pretty cool mechanic and the champion just evolved from there. I was thinking of an assassin like champion, but this one will be outfitted with an arsenal of weapons at his disposal. He is a more sci-fi like champion, and you can picture a cross between Pulsefire Ezreal and Kassadin to imagine what this champion is like. He spent some time in the void, and is a bounty hunter from hell (not literally) who is bent on avenging the death of his sister. Overall, he should be the essence of badassary.

Role and Game-play: Cygnus incorporates a unique Dynamic Weapon System as well as a unique Kill Reward System that allows for customizability of Cygnus's play-style and rewards those who do well and differentiates the good players from the less skilled. Cygnus uses the Energy System to support use of his spells. Cygnus can either occupy the meele Assassin role, The more tanky meele tank role, or a more supportive burst damage dealer role. However you choose to play him, doing well will reward you with a stronger game-play.

Tips Playing Him: Cygnus's Ultimate is a good way to disable his enemies. Try using it on as many enemies as possible to reduce the total amount of damage Cygnus may suffer from ranged enemies outside the field. Cygnus has many play styles, so build him accordingly to the enemy team composition.

Tips Playing Against Him: Cygnus has many ways to play, but as soon as he purchases one of his unique items you can figure out how they are building. Be vigilant and pick out early what he is building and inform your team. Also, try not to get caught in the field, and spread out and focus down Cygnus to reduce his possible damage output.

+25 Magic Penetration +10 Movement Speed Unique Passive: +10 Ability Power +5 per level that Cygnus has up to level 18 Unique Passive: +10% Spell Vamp +1.25% per level Cygnus has up to level 18 Unique Passive: Each time Cygnus kills an enemy Champion he regenerates 40% of his maximum energy over 4 seconds. Reactivation of this passive will refresh the duration.

(Passive) - Void Absorption/Loaded Arsenal: Cygnus may purchase one of his nonrefundable Special Weapon Items granting him an additional effect on the corresponding ability. Cygnus stores the remnants of the life force of his victims in the void which he accesses with his capacitor. For each minion kill Cygnus gains 1 Void Energy and for each champion kill he gains 5 Void Energy. Cygnus Gains 0.65 AP and 0.35 AD for each Void Energy he has up to 200 Void Energy. This void energy also Enhances the Ability his Unique Weapon corresponds to at the given Void Energy level.
(Q) - Quick Fire: Upon activating Cygnus pulls out two pistols which he than can activate this ability again to fire a round from ones of his pistols at the target location (This skill can be used while moving). If Cygnus has the Pulse Rifle, he instead fires a continuous stream of rounds at the target location for a given time, and reactivating this ability will change the location in which he is firing his gun. This ability has no cooldown until Cygnus runs out of ammunition (the ability will automatically end after 4 seconds if all rounds aren't fired).

(W) - Assassin/Void Slash: Cygnus passively gains bonuses to his combat strength allowing him to be more volatile against his enemies. Cygnus dashes through the targeted point dealing damage and gaining a temporary buff. If Cygnus purchased the void katana and dashes through an enemy champion he immediately turns around after the initial dash and can activate this ability a second time during the next 3.0s before going on cooldown.

(E) - Repulsive Blast: Cygnus sends out a shock-wave around him knocking back all enemies in the vicinity and giving him a bonus to his defenses. If Cygnus has the Gravity Gauntlets item he draws in enemies who have 50% HP or less instead of knocking them back and applies a debuff on them.

(75) Void Energy Enhancement Bonus: +20% Armor and Magic Resistance while the buff is active
(R) - Temporal Rift: After a brief delay, Cygnus creates a temporal rift forming an affected zone around him, and freezes all champions and monsters inside the zone (excluding himself but including allies) and prevents any entry or exit from the field. For a time, Cygnus can attack his enemies with ease and after which all units inside the anomaly are transported back to the past and become relocated where they were in the previous time frame. All debuffs and buffs that were applied while in this field are removed, and all spells that were used inside are refreshed. However, damage done is transferred over.

(180) Void Energy Enhancement Bonus: 20% increase to move speed and Ability damage done by Cygnus becomes True Damage while this spell is active (Note this is applied regardless of what items Cygnus has)

Sold, I think this guy would be awesome to play as. One question though, would you only be allowed to buy one of his weapons, like Viktor, and after you cannot buy the other ones?

Thanks, and yeah. His weapons are meant to change according the play style you wish to play for that game. After you buy one, you are stuck with it, so choose carefully.
