You should add one about raging back at a clear offender. Some people can't handle insults well and instead of managing the situation they snap back. Thinking they aren't the worst offender in the case isn't an excuse to add more wood to the fire.

Added #20 to the list.

20. Defamation or mockery of others' religion or culture. [Negative Attitude] - This is a big no no. Wars have been fought over this sort of behavior. This will definitely start fights between teammates and ruin the match for the whole team if left unchecked.

racism: obviously punish for the n word but what about:

1) calling someone a jew
2) a "****a"
3) a "*** nog"

I voted to punish all three but at least the third one got pardoned (it was buried in the third game)

also what do you think about calling someone repeatedly "kid"
as in
nice shot kid
way to die kid
over the course of the game.
I do have racial slurs up on the list. Maybe it needs more detailed followup. Hmm.

With calling someone a "kid", it seems to be used more as a part of behavior (good and bad) rather than the focus of behavior itself. This one is strongly dependent on the context of use imo. I think I'll write it in as part of an example for a specific type of behavior that encompasses more than the use of the word itself.

Added #21 to the list.

21. Refusing to cooperate with the team. [Negative Attitude] - If the team asks you to play a certain role or to help out sometime during the match and you absolutely refuse without a reasonable explanation that everyone can accept, then it's going to adversely affect the gameplay of the team as well as provoke negative reactions. This is toxic behavior, particularly since it is the sort of bad behavior that spreads negativity.

Okay added to the list as entry #22.

22. Threatening to feed or throw the match by assisting the enemy team in some way. [Negative Attitude] - Even if you're joking, your allies are not guaranteed nor are they likely to see it that way. This can provoke queue dodging, leaves, and raging so if you do this in the game and don't immediately retract it as a joke, then this little "prank" is worthy of a punish for adversely affecting team morale and provoking negativity in others.

Added some text to #11.

If used to simply insult another player without offering constructive communication, then that will definitely lean the case towards a punish. By the way, calling the whole team bad in all chat is extremely negative and is an obvious punish for creating a morale dip in the whole group.
