Passive: Sabre's Edge

Manto gains 1% Attack Speed for every 10 Ability Power he has. Attacks also deal 10 + 5% Ability Power bonus physical damage.

Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 seconds

Manto strikes the target with water, dealing 50/80/110/140/170 (+0.35 AP) magic damage and reducing movement speed by 10/15/20/25/30% for 2 seconds.

W: Whirlpool Shield

Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9 seconds

Manto shields himself, blocking 60/100/140/180/220 (+0.7 AP) damage. If the shield explodes, a whirlpool is created for 3 seconds, dealing 20/30/40/50/60 (+0.1 AP) magic damage per second and pulling enemies to the centre.

Active: Manto marks a target for 5 seconds. During this time, reactivating the ability will send a spear of ice at the target, dealing 10 + 5/10/15/20/25% ability power physical damage. Manto gains 1/1.5/2/2.5/3% Armor Penetration per cast for 3 seconds, stacking.

Ultimate: Sabre of the Deeps

Range: Passive/Toggle
Mana: 30/45/60 per second
Cooldown: 20/15/10 seconds

Passively causes Manto to summon ocean sabres around him, granting 15/30/45 Ability Power. Each basic attack deals 15/30/45 (+0.05 AP) bonus magic damage. This bonus is disabled while on cooldown.

Active: Manto causes a storm of blades around him, dealing 40/70/100 (+0.2 AP) physical damage per second. Manto gains 10/15/20% movement speed while active. If a target dies while the storm is active, Manto restores 30% of the mana drained while active.
