Get rid of the haste buff.

Make the altars be further apart if you keep the altars.

Allow damage from ranged/skill shots to SLOW a capture, like in Dominion, if you keep the altars.

Don't keep the altars.

Make medium-level neutral minions. These would be minions that are a lot harder to kill, but give a little more gold. Maybe only straight junglers could do them without dying, but it'd be tough. (only on one Neutral minion camp)

Get rid of the dominion-style spawn point. Bring it down within reach of being able to heal/defend, but just make it further away.

Make the laser hit harder/hit right when you reach a certain point up the ramp (closer to the bottom). ---IF you keep the spawn point the way it is.

Make more pathways to get to Vilemaw.

Maybe make 2 different team-buff bosses instead of one. If you get rid of all other neutral minion buffs, at least do this.

Honestly I loved the original Treeline it was my favorite of the maps but I really just do not like the new version. I hate it. It's a whole new map entirely, they got rid of the dragon and replaced it with the spider, this whole idea to make games finish faster is just plain unfair to teams who need the time to make comebacks and use the pads to kill minions, and the going through walls, while annoying when used against you, is an important part of the game in tight spots and in just battle in general. I really do not like the new treeline. If they want to keep it so be it but the least they could do is give us TT back and make this new one a separate map. Anyone else agree?

The new slightly improved but significantly less playable Twisted Treeline. Just my opinion.

THE GOOD
1.)This map looks fantastic, Visually striking, a huge step in the right direction. If they had just straight swapped the graphics I would be one happy TT solider.

2.)I like the new base design. I like you can not pull the minions into the laser of death. I like how you can not flash in to the enemy base, but....( * see THE BAD)

3.)I like the new items.

4.)Spider Queen is cool. And not just visually either. I like how she hurts your whole team and not just the tank makes for fun fights and white knuckle get aways if you take her on to early and the enemy shows up and the right time.

5.)I like how the jungle is more jungle-able? It seemed like only a handful of champs possessed the ability to jungle the OLD TT at a high enough standard. And I like the jungle being in the middle. Makes way more sense so he can pop out either top or bottom just as quickly and effective.

THE BAD
1.)I don't like the lack of brush and walls that littered the Original TT. There were so many clusters of brush and walls that made juking really memorable. Man I have some great stories of epic jukes. Let me just say if my champion had ankles they would have been broken.

2.)The jungle feels cramped, has no “flow”, has no safety. Feels awkward and unfriendly.
I cant explain it any better it just doesn't have that “jungle” feel.

3.)I don't like that champions with mini flashes don't have as many places to use them. *I liked being able to slip right on out into my jungle from my base* . I understand the need to make it more viable to other champs but man that was part of the charm from the Original TT was the escaping of bad situations. Could of left us a little more places to use them. And they may of made the jungle “feel” I little better.

4.)I don't like that some of the items are not available that's just B.S. Its starting to feel like you have taken more away than you have given. Originals TT item selection was just fine the way it was. I think it just needed more “more bang for you buck” items.

THE UGLY
1.)Vision wards TAKEN away from TT are you fricking kidding me? I'd like to know who's bright idea that was and pay him a visit. And ask him what kind of crack he was smoking, cheese and rice WTF. Lets just kill off a whole part of TT in one swift rash decision. Would you ever take away wards from Summoners Rift? Hell no you wouldn't. And why wouldn't you do it? Because it would ruin it that's why. It would make it something its not. The guy who made that call needs to be drug tested ASAP. He is a danger to himself and your company.

2.)Capture Points!? In Twisted Treeline?! god damn you guys are giving me a fricking heart attack. Did u guys sub contract the development of TT out to a team of monkeys? Where were all the guys that keep people from making stupid decisions. Why? TT did not need any objectives to fight over. The whole TT match was about team fights why did you feel compelled to add a place to fight over. It wasn't needed if it isn't broke don't fix it. Capture points belong in dominion that's all that needs to be remembered from this. I'm starting to feel like someone is sabotaging riot from the inside.



That's all I have for now I want to play TT so bad buts it not the TT I remember its some kind of monstrosity, some deformed love child of dominion and the Original TT. It has no soul.

Good things:

Look, vilemaw, items. I'm not going to talk much about these because I feel they are Sweet


Improvements

Miss the top jungle ( a single passage behind vilemaw with a jungle camp on either side would be awesome). If the top jungle comes back, re add wards.

More Brush

Slightly larger map (again, if the map gets bigger, add wards)

The jungle is way to centered on the altar, it really feels like the jungler's job is to be watching it at all times, not ganking. The camps need to hit harder (so its not as boring) or be more spread out (make the jungle bigger so there is more ground for the jungler to guard)

I have mixed feelings about the altars, they are sort of fun but the novelty has worn off a bit. They probably need to change or go? Make them a little less important? maybe make them guarded by a strong monster?


On that note, i just wanted to say that i think the altars and the emphasis on teamfights can make the objective really unclear.


Story time
I was playing with a buddy of mine, it was his first time on the map. He seemed to be getting it, we were on skype and he had watched the spotlight on the map. He understood the importance of capturing the altars, and we fought really, really hard over them. We slowly start to build a lead and finally, after we 3/0 the enemy team with both the altars in our favour, my buddy says

"so what do i do now?"

When i told him, "dude, push the lanes" he said "OOH RIGHT"

That's when i realized that the whole capping system, while it can be really cool, doesn't make sense for people who play mostly SR

All in all i do like the new TT, I just hope there are a decent number of changes before it goes live

This was made to avoid the all bruiser setups and all the new one does is amplify that team comps effectiveness. Why use the altars? Bruiser setups allow you to control the altars at all times and get a 10% damage boost. You also aimed at making the game times shorter. The altars and the short respawn timers cause the games to drag. Get an ace and you can't even push a turret before the whole team is up again. Good try, but this needs to be trashed.

I thought the lack of wards helps prevent snow balling. With wards you can control the "jungle" and the other team wouldn't have a chance of getting any farm no matter how stealthy they try to be. Wards always play in the favor of the winning team. The winning team can afford more wards and oracle to clear out the other team's. Honestly i hate wards, keep them gone i say.

My main concerns would be about the new items. The AP ones seem a bit better than the rest. There are no good support items either.

Other than balance tweaks, and bug fixes the only thing I'd like to see changed is the speed shrine changed for a neutral buff monster... Even if its just a mini-dragon (SR), but I'd rather for a single buff that can be stolen over a gold buff..

Support items are AP... Take Lulu (or any support really) for example, her higher AP than 0CS make her Shield, and Ult that much more powerful, hence better Support, and survivability.
