Kassadin can over his base wall, but his ult range is only half way there.... maybe a bug?
They did say that they want to remove that aspect from the map.
He can also get the speed shrine and jump over the wall into top lane.

working as intended, its not a freaking bug, they said they wanted to make the map harder for blinkers they never said that blinking walls was absolutely forbiden, and before someone comes here and says kass can backdoor your nexus, if he goes AD and his team still manages to destroy your turrents/inhib then you have bigger problems.

edit: before you come and repeat the fact that the blink is halfway through the wall, thats how blinks work, dashing like with shen or renekton doesnt work like that, but blinking like fids ult or kass ult does.

To clarify what he's saying:

The game calculates "blinks" (Kassadin, Shaco, Ezreal for example) differently from dashes.

A dash must clear the entire wall or it will "fail" and you'll wind up on the side of the wall you started on.

A blink targeted into a wall will deposit you on the spot closest to where you targeted the blink.

If you blink into a wall and the blink gets you at least halfway through the wall, you wind up on the other side of the wall since that's the closest spot to where you targeted.

Now, that said, I'm not 100% sure they intended for that wall to be blinkable; are you saying that you can blink over the wall between the Nexus and the rest of the map?
