I've just received an email from Riot support saying that they might make an exception if I provided proof of attendance (a picture of my ticket with my summoner name and region). Good to see that theyre actually trying to work this out fairly!

I hope I can get my stuff. So far I'm having a bad time with customer support, the support specialist just gave me some generic response. It doesn't even look like they took the time to actually read my ticket and fully address my concerns.

The skin and the Riven icon have been added to your account, but they may not display properly until you go to the Store and attempt to make a purchase. You do not need to complete the purchase as the value should correct itself before you complete the transaction.
