I am in North America. How can I connect to a server for Korea?

I installed the Korean language pack (Win 7) and that's doesn't work. Does anyone know anything about accessing servers other than the default ones?

Doing some quick research, it looks like you need to either be in Korea, or have a Korean Social Security Number (to prove you're Korean). I can't say with certainty that this is true, but it has that ring to it.

Korean servers are locked, without a Korean IP or Social you can not play.

It's called a resident registration number for residents of South Korea. Foreigners get an alien registration number. This is the code that people used to access online games and the like in South Korea.

This only applies to South Korea, because only about 650 people can access the internet in North Korea.

Plus, Koreans dont "Play for fun" they play to win and they will curb stomp you lol.
