Peon - The unexpected hero.

Lore: As the wars between Demacia and Noxus rage many a hero was born. But none was as unique as the story of Timmothy Leon or "Peon" as the nickname he was given. After a lost battle a small band of Demcian troops fell behind. The band found themselves surrounded by Noxian soliders and even high ranking officers, struck with fear they raised their swords but upon the first strike Peon suddenly glowed. A great and powerfulight shot out of him and upon fading, only Peon and his band was left.

He was promptly hailed as a war hero and took to his rank as his title "The worlds strongest Peon". Today he fights in the fields of justice to mostly keep his image up and to stick it to the higher ranks as well as learn how to better use his gift, as unknown to everyone he has no idea how he pulled it off. Peon is here to save the day, whether he really can or not!

Concept: a gimicky ultra weak champion, abuses bursts of power via toggle abilities. Mana hungry but powerful while using it, extremely weak otherwise, poppy early level or weaker.

Q: Might of Light! - Peon activates his poential draining X mana but giving him increased AD and AP.toggleable

W: Hope- Peon is enveloped in light increasing his defence stats. Drains X mana and is toggleable.

E RUN! - Activate: Peon panics and gains a burst of speed for 1 second, Persistant:movespeed increased while remaining active, drains mana per second.

R- Heroic Moment! - Peon gains double stats from all his abilities and temporarily decreases the mana cost. Lasts 15 seconds. Mid level cooldown.

We need a champ that's like a handicap but fun to play, this'l do. Makes fun of He-Man in his joke.

Darven, The Glorious Executioner

Spinning Axe - Draven's next attack will deal bonus physical damage. This axe will ricochet off the target high up into the air. If Draven catches it, he automatically readies another Spinning Axe. Draven can have two Spinning Axes at once.

Darven should have a skin that makes his axes scythes and his skin blue. Call it... Soul reader Darven

God champions ultimate should be: passive: steals all rp and ip of champions on the opposing team. Active: uninstalls game of enemy champions the moment they lose from q.

Mr. President and Mr. Governor; can't decide wether to down vote for mr.governor or up vote for mr.president.

Also. What if you play blind match and both teams have a god champion?

At the tender age of 14,Sych became the top of His class, graduating above honors from Hellvarion Heights school for highly skilled mercenaries, assassins, and bounty hunters of all kinds. His abilities are the power to Retract and Repeal His blades as well as His enemies, also has shield blades(Undergorge Homing Blades) for astounding defense as well as offence. Sych will stop at NOTHING to achieve His goal, so if you have a bounty on your head make sure to sleep with one eye open.

Weapon of choice: Undergorge Homing Blades, effect- damage dealt by these blades have a slight poisoning attribute.(dealing 2 AD&AP every strike)

Passive- Minor Travesty:
While Sychlone is in the range of an enemy champion, He automatically starts to draw in the unsuspecting victim as doing so, they lose 1.5 health & mana every second within range.

Q - Unfortunate Ruin:(Cool down-5 sec.)
-Throws one blade which continues to attack the enemy for 4 sec dealing 25 AP while boosting Sych's movement speed by 30% for 3.5 sec. so He can get away from an on coming attack or for a overall charge towards the enemy.

W - Time Release:(Cool down-7 sec.)
-Slows and stuns enemy's within range of Sych for 3 seconds in doing so, He gains 2.5 mana for every second they are slowed.

E - Safe Bound?:(Cool down-8 sec.)
-As an enemy attacks with the first hit, Sych can teleport behind the enemy for an unexpected attack. While having a 3 second shield to surrounding attacks.

Ultimate- Reserved Burial:(Cool down-120 sec.)
-In the midst of an attack repeals the attacker back in the center of the Undergorge Homing Blades, one does a figure 8 as the other travels in a circle in the center of the first blade dealing 55 true damage.(lvl. 18)

W- Lemonade Stand: Mr. Governor sets up a small business and ally champions have increased health regeneration while enemy champions lose 10 gold(ap%) per 5 seconds while in the area, lasts 10 seconds.

E- Magical Undergarments: Passive- Mr. Governor has increased armor/ mag resist. Active- Smashes the ground dealing (ad) damage and increasing his (ad) damage for 10 seconds.

R- Unplanned Parenthood: Mr. Governor creates an aoe effectfor 6 seconds, which causes up to three babies to spawn on enemy champions which slow down there movement speed and babies attack damage scale with Mr. Governor's (ad).

Here is mine:


Thetis - the sea goddess of Demacia

Passive: Fusion: Gain 1 hp every time you use a skill

Ice blast, deals 30, 40, 50 60, 70 (plus 80% of ap) to enemies in a cone

Each spells has water ability first, then ice.

1 hp per spell? why 1 hp? that is not enough it should be like 0.1% or something not 1 hp..
