Just start out playing bots. It is very helpful for learning the basics of the game.

If I understand what your last sentence was correctly I think it meant You don't want to play with players who end up breaking the rules? There are always players who will be breaking the rules meaning leaving, afking or cursing. The best you can do is try to ignore them and just have fun playing your game.

just follow 2 very simple rules and you should be fine.
1. dont leave the game
2. dont be an a-hole, even if people on your team end up being a-holes to you.

i would support leaving a game if your cat is on fire, if it only happens once a year or something like that you wont end up getting banned. Now if your cat is getting set on fire every other game then i think you have bigger problems to worry about other then getting banned, and you may want to look into getting a less fire pron cat.

i would say start out in the lower levels in normal play with other players, you will build a better sense as to how people play and you will get used to trolls alot faster
