While true, there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with this. They're competing on a high level and every advantage is a good advantage. Sure we love seeing high skill champions pull off awesome moves, but when it comes down to the wire, it's about winning and not much else. So why complicate your game by picking hard to play champions? Hard to play means more potential points of failure in their play and it means they're less likely to win. In order for a hard to play champion to be viable, their payoff needs to be worth the extra effort.

If the OP intended this as a dig at the pros, then he fails as a competitive gamer.
