Even if the lane has to deal with 2v1 and gets denied farm? Uusually the camps may put you low enough for them to turn on you and kill you so you can't apply pressure immediately T-T

The only time you want to worry about a jungler is in a premade. In solo que its never worth it. Either because people don't believe its possible or because the communication just isn't there.

In premades its pretty much mandatory if you expect to get anywhere in ranked. A 1v2 lane may lose farm, but you also gain something thats very important in 3v3, faster experience.

A level 6 is going to beat 2 level 4s. Especially with support from the jungle ganks. And if they are denying you farm, they are also pushing the lane. Which again, supports a jungle gank.

This guy knows what he's talking about hes exactly right, if you're playing 3 randoms in most cases, depending on your choice of a character you could easily solo top and bot. for example Teemo, probably the most underestimated champs in the game, and the only champion with a True Blind his own wards speed boosts, and can harrass with just basic attacks assuming you have enough points into his E he can sustain Solo any lane mid/top/bot meaning the 3rd person on your team is free to kill whoever, assuming you have a good top. but the point is unless its premade u do not need a jungler its seriously pointless, some characters can jungle while still holding there lane (top)

Jungling in 3v3 is countered very, very easily - by warding, first of all, but also by picking champs that are good roamers or harassers. For example you could have a jungle Mundo ganking bot lane but he has to take out Yorick + Jayce and watch out for a trynd who can dash through the wall from top lane, all while red buff is warded. This will force Mundo to instead just farm the jungle - which there isn't much of, and early on if he doesn't gank he will be forced to do just small camps. That leads to being underfarmed and underleveled in comparison to even the Jayce + Yorick and pretty much completely screwing the jungle over.

That's not to say it isn't worth it. If you have a good team with a good jungler and you coordinate it well, it's definitely worth doing for all the obvious reasons. The problem is that it's a very high risk for in comparison not a significantly higher reward.

Jungling is 100 % Necessary at the highest level of play. Other than that you can get away without having it, but vs a GOOD team with a jungler you dont stand a chance.

Not true. You can win at the highest level of play without a jungle.

I've never been so high but I heard stories.

except it really isnt
smite is nessary jungler is not and more often then not compromises ur team.
If the other team has a jungler. More often then not just warding main camps gives u free gold every time he comes around.

The jungle is more of something ur supposed to clear while to pushed ect.

a jungler forces money to be spent on wards, and if done correctly, gives lanes an early advantage. as long as your top is strong, and your bot lane can farm from afar, and last hit under turret, you have a huge advantage from lvls 3-7, because you are a level, or two ahead, depending on how ganks have gone. makes for easy team fights, which can snowball, and eventually avalanche you to victory/

edit: MORE* money to be spent on wards.
