Lux: Increase the CD on her ultimate. It's too powerful and goes too far to have a 40 second cool down. At least bump it up to what Caitlyn's similar ult is (60 seconds).

Nunu: Ice blast shouldn't be a homing missile. That is too easy to hit for such a powerful spell. Make it non-targeted.

Amumu: Reduce the range of Bandage Toss. 1,100 is just too far. That's even farther than Blitzcrank's insane grab! Also compare it to Leona's very similar ability, Zenith Blade which only has a range of 700. Bandage toss also has double the duration of stun (1 second compared to Zenith Blade's 0.5 seconds) and even does more damage! Why is this strictly better? Nerf it.

Cassopeia: Removing her cooldowns when she hits poisoned enemies is insane. At least make it so the cooldowns are reduced by a certain percentage, not removed completely.

Fiora: I think Fiora should remain vulnerable to autoattacks during her ultimate, but not targetable by abilities.

Ezreal: Arcane Shift should require a target ally or enemy, not just a target location. He basically gets infinite flashes and that is just silly.

Miss Fortune: I'd like to see the damage of Make it Rain increased slightly. Aside from using it to slightly slow enemies, it is pretty much a useless ability. Early game, it consumes too much mana. Late game, it doesn't do enough damage. It also has a casting delay and leaves MF vulnerable for a second making it not worth casting in its current state.

Miss Fortune: Strut needs to be changed so that it doesn't start off with +25 and slowly creep up to +70. It should just be +70 flat. It is very weak compared to other passives because when she is in combat, she basically has no passive. This means it has to be much more powerful out of combat to make up for it.

Graves: Smokescreen needs to be buffed because it is kind of useless right now. The reduced vision takes a second to fully effect a champion. Make it instant.

Graves: Raise his base attack speed back up. What are you even talking about with this last patch? Graves' biggest weakness right now is that he is already slow both in movement and attack speed. Making him worse in that doesn't make sense.

Twitch: Twitch needs help with some damage output. I don't find his ult very impressive. +36 bonus damage per attack for 7 seconds? That means his attack speed would have to be 2 attacks per second to deal 500 damage not considering armor. Also why is the cooldown so long? 100 seconds? Compare this to Lux's ultimate which does 500 +0.75 per point of ability power in damage (even more if they are illuminated) and has a 40 second cool down. Increase the bonus damage on Twitch's ult.

Karma: I haven't played her much or seen her much. The fact she is never played signifies she's bad. Buff her?

Revive Summoner Ability: Reduce the cooldown on this. 9 minutes? Really? It's so long that nobody wants to use it! It's a powerful ability but let's not forget you have to die for it to do anything. It wouldn't hurt to shave a minute off it.

Flash Summoner Ability: Increase the cooldown on this to a flat 5 minutes (300 seconds from 265 seconds). It's too prevalent.
Darius: If Garen could also refresh his ult cooldown on death and it did more damage, that would be better. Darius' ult is easily overestimated when it comes to its killing power early and mid game. He needs to level it up and build some damage. Otherwise, he can leave alive and they die from the bleed.

Fizz: He can't use it to get over walls or go vast distances. It is simply a move to bait an ability. That is why he shouldn't be hit.

Katarina: So, she should have no team fight potential at all. She only gets 3 champions, it isn't the whole team. Besides, if you don't have some form of hard CC on your team, which always stops the ult, your team is weak to begin with.

Morgana: The cooldown makes it necessary to be long. Otherwise, it doesn't sync with her other abilities and she becomes less viable in a meta of many non-viable mids.

Blitz: For a skillshot that is easily hit or miss, the robot needs some advantage. Plus, he more often than not grabs the wrong person.

Tryndamere: He can use it to go through walls on every map. This allows some escape potential on a champ who could use a more reliable one.

Rengar: His stealth is his ult. He can't spam that all day like Twitch can.

Lux: I hate the ult, but it is what separates the good Lux players from the bad ones. She is only about skillshots, so this isn't a backbreaking issue.

Nunu: This is his only ranged ability. Without it, he can't gank as a jungler or protect as a support. He then becomes useless.

Amumu: His Bandage Toss takes him to them at 1100 distance. Which means his team may not even be there to help and he could die. Plus, Leona has more and stronger CC than he does, so it needs to do damage.

Cassiopeia: The cooldown is not refreshed, it goes to 0.5 seconds and that can't be reduced by cooldown items/runes. Twin Fang is her main damaging tool. Without the cooldown reduction, she is not an effective mid or team fighter. Not to mention, it is the only ability that reduces the cooldown. No other ability gets refreshed.

Fiora: Another ult to hate, but what is the big deal. She can be suppressed out of it if hit when it starts or it loses half its power if she is Exhausted (the only ult that has that problem and a spell that should be on your team).

Miss Fortune: I would like some buffs on MF so that there is a greater number of viable AD carries. Damage should be higher and she is one of many champs who need the animation for using an ability sped up (Vayne's Condemn is way too slow at its current state as well). The extra move speed at 70 flat is terrible, however, since it makes her return to lane or all over the map faster in the early game. A rework of the passive would be better than upping the numbers on the passive.

Graves: He has way too much power to consider buffing something. His early game damage and the fact that his dash goes through walls makes him a strong champ. He needs a little nerfing to allow other ADC's a chance to shine, especially in tourneys.

Twitch: His ult shoots in a line, like a skillshot. This means he is poisoning multiple targets (which does true damage and gives his abilities more power) and damaging them with his basic attacks. A buff to it might make him more viable, but it doesn't need to be drastic.

Karma: She could use a bit of a buff, only in the sense that her W needs to do damage if she directly applies to an enemy. That would give her more viability (but she is plenty strong, with probably the best shield in the game).

Revive: Why would those of higher skill want to waste time with a spell that revives them? That means they are going into the fight knowing they'll die, which means they aren't playing correctly or just trolling, which is more annoying.

Flash: It has its utility, so why buff or nerf it. It is fine as is.


You need to think of the big picture, not just minute details. You clearly haven't played these champs to the extent that those who understand them (as a Cassiopeia, Karma, Katarina, and Amumu player, your suggestions personally offended me) that you complain about idiotic details. Actually play before saying something, please and thank you.

Nice one Riot nerfing Karthus wall into the ground even more reducing his mr reduction against anything but tanks and taking his armor reduction entirely hes allready got it hard reaching late game while you just release people like diana who barely fall off late game with such a great early.

Now all you need to do is pay a bit more attention to Fiora.
SO many of her has been played and it sucks going against her hardcore. :/
A lot of chara's need tweaking...

EDIT: Yep, Hecarim notes "Fixed a bug where Teemo's 'Toxic Shot' was doing less damage than intended at higher attack speeds."

i think the fact that gragas was pick or ban in most recent tournament says enough
