Quick hit: Highly sustainable support / toplaner encourages agressive lane / team fight play.

Lore

Las'mira is a woman of few words. What can be gleaned from her lips is that she has experienced some kind of horrendous revelation, altering her entire person. She whispers of a dark eon, of Demarcia, Noxus and Runeterra itself crumbling into dust.

Walking out of the Shurima Desert, Las'mira sought conclave with both Kassadin and Malzahar. The discussion has never been revealed, although rumours abound. The only certain outcome is that immediately afterwards, Las'mira insisted on admission the League.

"Something must be done, before everything fades"

Abilities

Passive: Entropic Feed. Las'mira projects an aura, granting herself and allies lifesteal and spellvamp equal to 5% + 0.3% for each of Las'mira's levels.

Q: Horrific Revelation. Las'mira reveals a mind bending secret to enemy target, causing them to be feared for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds and take 40/80/120/180/200 (+0.3AP) damage.

W: Disintegration Stream. Cone aoe. Las'mira causes all enemies in the area to start disintegrating. They take 90/120/150/180/210 (+0.4AP) damage over 4 seconds, and all attacks against them count as having 2/4/6/8/10 % lifesteal and spellvamp. This stacks with Entropic feed.

E: Dissipation. Las'mira gains a shield which prevents 50/100/150/200/250 (+0.6 AP) damage and heals her for half the damage prevented. This shield lasts for 4/5/6/7/8 seconds or until depleted.

R: Vision of Infinity Las'mira inflicts her visions upon an enemy champion, causing them to be slowed by 20/40/60% and take 150/300/450 (+0.3 AP) damage over 4 seconds. In addition, this spreads to nearby enemy champions, at 50% effectiveness. It can chain multiple times, but does not stack.

Gameplay

Las'mira has high sustain due to inherent lifesteal and spellvamp. Combined with her powerful shield, she is able is able to tank top lane and team fights well. As a support, Entropic Feed and Horrific Revelation enable her ADC to farm easily and aggressively attack enemy laners. In team fights, charging in with Dissipation active and casting Disintegration Stream before Visions of Infinity will severely hinder the enemy team, causing them to spread out to prevent all of them being hit by Visions of Infinity and helping your team through the fight with the life steal and spell vamp on targets.

Build.

Health: Medium, should not need to build too much here.
Mana: Medium, but is helped by lots of regen.
AD: Low.
AP: Should be built up a bit due to low ratios, or left alone for more tank.
Armour: medium/ high.
MR: Medium.
Speed: Little bit slower than average.

Las'mira will need AP, health and mana to support and tank well so items like Rod of Ages, Rylai's Crystal Scepter, Liandry's Torment ,Athene's Unholy Grail, and the Shard of True Ice synergies well on her.

Visuals.

A woman in purple gown, somewhat robe like. Wears a hood which covers her face, with her mouth visible. Auto attacks are purple bolts, seemingly from her forehead.

Inspiration and notes.

I've been reading a lot of lovecraft and have the idea of a champion who knows so much of how doomed they all are that revealing it can hurt people.

I've been inspired by Taric, Nami and Sona, in that these are supports with either tanky abilities, big initiate ultimates or good agression enablers.

I've been inspired by tanks like Amumu, Pantheon(in some builds) and Naut, as they have sheilds or big engages.

Las'mira is not formally sided with Malzahar or Kassadin, but rather seems to know something which makes alliance with or resistance against void beings a moot point.

She has a very out of touch personality, unable to bond to such fleeting existences. Interestingly, has formed something of a friendship with Zilean.

The idea was a support or a tank which helped you help yourself, rather than a healbot.
