I think so. I just tested this with a sheen and I did 197 damage from behind and 161 from the front.
Another minor bug in my opinion is that If Shaco is in turret range and then pops his stealth out the turret will still hit him.

Turrets have true sight. That one is not a bug.

Yes shacos passive Applies to on-hit effects, it actually applys to ALL damage effects (Including Smite/Ignite/Shiv/DFG and anything else that does damage).

Damage is always based off your orientation to Shaco not your orientation to the damage source. (Example: A jack in the box hitting someone int the back while they are fighting Shaco face to face will not do extra damage)
