The Wanderer

Sol is a member of one of the oldest races in Runeterra. They survived as spirits drifting through Runeterra, unaffected by the problems of lesser creatures. But Sol had a keen fascination with the other beings who lived in Runeterra. She loved life so much, she would even harness the souls of dying beings to save them.
Sol has learned much from the thousands of souls she has collected, and it wasn't long until she learned of the Void. When the Void first struck Runeterra, Sol was unprepared for the death they brought. She couldn't save the dying fast enough, and even those she could withered at their trauma. Sol felt their pain, fear, and rage.
Sol burned with anger towards the Void. Using the many magics she had learned over her years and the power of her own conscious, Sol drove back the Void's invasion. From then on Sol made it her duty to stop the Void.
When the Void attacked Demacia it was no different. Sol appeared in a bright burst of magic, and abruptly ended the invasion. Within her brief stay the League quickly took notice. For Sol joining the League was inevitable, the League offered Sol help in her quest to protect life and a chance to meet new beings from all over Runeterra. While Sol does participate on the Fields of Justice, it is mostly out of fascination. Sol devotes much of her energy to defending Runeterra from the Void, and it is likely no being could live to appreciate the full might of Sol.

Q- Mind Over Matter
Sol concentrates her thoughts and casts a focused wave of energy smashing the first thing it touches dealing 100/150/200/250/300/(.60) magic damage and knocking them back 100 units

Enhanced: Sol focuses to recall the wave. Sol can reactivate the ability within 2 seconds to knock the champion towards her by 200 units.

W-Misguided Strength
Sol targets all enemy champions in a cone, making them feel invincible. All damage and healing effects are blocked for 4 seconds on effected champions. At the end of the duration all damage dealt is reapplied as magic damage with a 3/3.5/4/4.5/5/(.03)% damage increase.

Enhanced: Sol carefully directs all damage. 30% of damage is dealt as true damage, instead of magic damage

E- Mental Overload
Sol overwhelms an enemy champion senses dealing 90/120/150/180/210/(.50) magic damage over 2 seconds and slowing the champion by 20% for the duration.

Enhanced: Sol gives her target a feeling of hopelessness. Targeted champion's attack speed is also reduced by 20% for the duration.

R- Presence
Sol briefly exposes her true form, fearing nearby champions for .5/1/1.5 seconds, and dealing 100/160/220/(.60) magic damage. Afterwards, she gains 20/30/40% bonus to ability power and access to enhanced abilities for 8/10/12 seconds

Passive- Focus
When Sol successfully lands 3 abilities her next ability will be enhanced.

As for appearance, I think Riot could have a lot of fun with this.

I think Sol will be a mid/sup/jung champion. Sol works as a powerful forcemultiplier, who can easily stage kills and getaways. I attempted to keep the numbers balanced.
Maximum damage Sol can land alone on a target is 3,281 magic damage over 3 seconds (this is with rabaddons, full stacked meja, and 5 other 120ap items at lvl 18), and any other champions can deal 35% bonus damage aswell. However Sol would have to sacrifice boots and would have only 1,840 health, with no hard cc.
